People in my home love sausages but I don`t like them much. I have to continually get creative when cooking them in order for me to enjoy them with my people. Today I am sharing a simple, easy to make sausage recipe.
What you will need:
- Sausages
- Cooking oil
- Carrots
- Green pepper
- Onions
- Cilantro leaves
- Black pepper
- Curry powder
- Home-made barbeque sauce
Method:
- Heat cooking oil
- Pan fry your sausages. When you’re done, chop them into small round pieces.
- Heat another pan with some oil, add your vegetables (onions, carrots, green pepper, cilantro leaves) and fry. Add spices and let your vegetables cook until they are ½ cooked.
- Add the diced sausages to the vegetables, stir until it is well mixed then add your homemade bbq sauce and serve. You can serve it with potato wedges or fries. This can be served for breakfast or brunch.
